Emerge Dress in White by Issey Miyake

This knit sleeveless dress is characterized by its design, meant to be reminiscent of the Venus de Milo. The upper torso area is made from fine nylon/polyurethane thread with a wet feel that is knit to snugly fit the body, while the lower torso area is made from lightweight recycled polyester that combines ribbing and garter stitches to create an organic form with movement. The contrasting forms are designed as if the garment unravels toward the upper body and the naked body emerges.

Garments from Issey Miyake's collection are only available in one size. These styles typically stretch and/or fit a variety of sizes up to a size 16.
