IN STORE PURCHASES

All full priced, unworn items returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be issued for in store purchases. All discounted items, jewelry, socks, and candles are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued. Any items that are purchased with store credit are final sale.

ONLINE PURCHASES

REFUNDS 

Any item that is purchased at full retail price or with our welcome discount code of 10% OFF can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, excluding items listed in the FINAL SALE paragraph below.  
  • Item is returned back to Idlewild within 7 days — a full refund will be issued for the eligible item.
  • Item is returned back to Idlewild between 8-10 days — a 15% restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • After 10 days — the item is no longer eligible for a refund and is considered final sale. 

EXCHANGES
Any item that is purchased with a discount code over 10% may be exchanged for a different size. Item must be returned or postmarked within 7 days of customer receiving the item, and if a new size is available, the new size will be shipped upon receipt of the return. 

FINAL SALE
All items permanently discounted on our site, and/or used in combination with any discount code greater than 10% OFF is final sale. All jewelry, socks, and candles are also considered final sale. No refunds or store credits will be given on final sale items. Any items that are purchased with store credit are also considered final sale.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please email contact@idlewildwoman.com with your reason for return/exchange, along with the order number. You will receive instructions on how to return if the item if eligible. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
