Idlewild is first and foremost a brick and mortar boutique downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. If you live in the Cincinnati area, you can select to pick-up the item in our store when you checkout online. After you checkout, you will receive an email with pick-up details. Most pick ups are available for the same day pickup. We kindly request that pickup orders are retrieved within 2 weeks of the order being placed.

EXCHANGES

Any item can be exchanged for a different size of the same item within 7 days of purchasing the item in store. The size being returned must be unworn with original tags attached for an exchange to be accepted. We cannot guarantee that the size needed will be in stock. You can call, stop in store, or check online to see if we have the size you need.

We make every effort to process your order as soon as we receive it and ship it out the same day if possible. If the order is received after 2pm on Mondays through Fridays, your package will be mailed the next business day. All orders received after 11am on Saturday thru Monday morning will be shipped on Monday.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship all Continental US packages through the USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping, whichever is the fastest at the time of purchasing the label. We try our best as a small team to get online orders processed and packaged the next business day, but shipping times can take anywhere from 2 days to 1 week+ depending on your distance from Ohio. Once the label is created, you will receive a tracking number and shipping notice to the email provided at checkout.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is prioritized shipping with a lead time of 2-4 business days depending on the recipient location. We offer expedited shipping through FedEx or UPS for domestic orders only. At checkout you will have the option to select expedited shipping option for a flat rate of $25. We will get your item packaged and sent out the same business day if ordered before 12pm EST. If your order is placed after 12pm EST we cannot guarantee it will be picked up the same day, but we can guarantee it will be shipped the following business day. If you select express shipping on a holiday or weekend, please note that the item will not ship until the next business day and we cannot guarantee FedEx or UPS to be timely with deliveries due to the holiday.

We utilize USPS for all other U.S. Territories and APO packages, which are typically delivered within 2 weeks.

COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

We offer a weight based rate calculated at checkout for orders totaling under $500
Free shipping for international orders totaling over $500 USD

We ship all international packages via DHL. Exact transit times will vary based on location and customs.

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Idlewild does is not responsible for any duties or taxes that you may incur upon receipt of the package outside of the USA.

Idlewild will not be held responsible for stolen, missing, or delayed packages once they are picked up from our store location in Cincinnati, Ohio.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or cancellations due to stolen, missing, or delays.

For full return policies, please click here. Idlewild will provide the return shipping label, but the return shipping cost is at the responsibility of the customer. If a return is eligible for a refund, the return shipping total will be deducted from the refund.
