Our Reopening Policy

To our valued supporters – 

We would like to tell you about our policies moving forward, but first we want to say thank you. Because of you, we have traversed the past two months and learned so much about you, and frankly, ourselves. We are sincerely thankful for your support and have some confidence (because of you) that we are going to make it through this challenging time.

With your support, we’ve been able to keep our incredible staff employed, and we’ve been able to pay our small and independent brands and designers for their goods without cancelling any future orders. Ensuring our brands are supported is essential to the ethics and the success of our business. To say the least, we are grateful. We aren’t sure exactly how to show this to you except to continue to be here for you and hopefully bring some value to your lives through creativity, honesty, and good design. 

While we know that Ohio retailers are permitted to reopen on May 12th, we have made the collective decision to not reopen our doors quite yet. We have both employees and owners that are in the high risk category for Covid-19, and we need to ensure everyone’s safety - including yours. Every decision we make as a business and as a member of our community has been made with health and well-being as our top priority.

We have carefully considered our plan to ease into reopening which consists of the following guidelines:

Beginning June 1st, we will be offering shopping by appointment. We will require our customers to wear masks and use hand sanitizer upon entering the store. We have disposable masks available, if necessary. Our staff will also be required to do the same, will be cleaning surfaces between customers, and will be practicing social distancing. 

Regardless of our reopening timeline, we want to continue working with you virtually! Until we are open for appointments and walk-in traffic, please continue to shop our website and feel free to contact us using the following methods:
