Maria La Rosa

Stylist turned designer, Maria La Rosa's accessories are the result of a spontaneous multidisciplinary research that involves weaving, macramé, knitting, crochet and finally embroidery. Each Maria La Rosa fabric is the result of an entirely manual process carried out on traditional wooden looms without mechanical parts. The ancient weaving technique turns to the new and becomes the basis for the creation of its accessories. Each process from loading the warp, knotting the threads, to the passage of the shuttle is all exclusively manual. She prefers carefully selected natural fibers such as cotton, raffia, linen, silk, chenille, cashmere and finally alpaca. Her pieces are completely artisanally produced and is entirely made in Italy in limited quantities.
