The Flat Over the Knee boots are a thigh-high boot unlike the rest. This flat, chunky leather boot is a showstopper. The thigh-high shaft of the boot can be pulled up, or scrunched down for different styling. We like to style these with either a short dress/skirt so we feel covered but sexy, or wear under longer skirts and dresses to still get that full length boot look.
